How it works
Step 1: Strategy
Before we get started with your website VIP Day, we’ll have a 1-hour session to go over your task list and the priority order. This session is perfect for ensuring that what’s crossed off your site’s to-do is what’s important to you.
This is when we also create a list of prep work for you, such as gathering images, writing copy, or adding us to the backend of your website.
Step 2: Your VIP Day
Bring on the coffee. During the website VIP Day, we’ll tackle your task list — from updating your copy to adding some customizations, we’re here to support you. We’ll contact you throughout the process with miscellaneous questions that might arise and feedback requests.
At the end of the day, you’ll also receive a summary of everything that was done.
Step 3: Wrap Up
Think that’s all you get? Think again. We’ll hop on a feedback call that gathers all of the last details and website changes so that we can go back in for another hour and ensure that you got as much off your list as possible!

FAQ’s
Can I split my hours?
Yes! We’ve had clients split their time into 2, 3 or even 5 days.
How far in advance can I book?
We typically take bookings about 2 weeks in advance.
What if I need more hours?
During our interview call, we’ll chat about your to-do list and a few priorities to ensure that this is a good fit. We’ll also revisit these after you’ve booked during the strategy session. This way, you have a realistic map of how much will get done. With the plan that we land on, we’ll get as much done as possible and you can feel free to book another day to get the rest done.
Can you write my copy?
Unfortunately, our jam is all about websites. We can definitely schedule you once you have your copy created though! It’s like this -> you wouldn’t want your tax professional also changing the brakes on your car, right? You want the top copywriter working on your text and the best website designer for your site!
What if I’m not in the same time zone?
Not necessarily, but you will need to be available for the strategy and feedback sessions. We typically schedule these calls between 9 am and 7 pm EST.
What if I need to reschedule my start date?
No worries. Life happens. Simply email us 7 days before and we can shift you to the next closest opening. If it’s less than 7 days, we charge a $50 rescheduling fee.
What if I don't have a website yet?
It depends on the size of the website you’re planning on getting. Some sites can definitely be built in a day while others might take 2 VIP sessions. Still, others will be custom projects. Sign up for an interview call and we’ll hash it all out.
How do I prepare for my VIP Website day?
To make sure you get the full experience, please have assets ready. This can include images, graphics, logos, color codes, fonts, and so on. We’ll discuss this during the first strategy call.
Do I have to be fully available while you work on my site?
You’ll need to be able to check your email in case we need feedback or have questions. We might also hop on quick Zoom calls to quickly go over any hiccups. Typically, we send you an email at the start, middle, and end of the booked time.
Do you provide photography?
Although we can look for some free and/or paid stock images* that will count as part of your booked time. Clients have found success when they already have branded photos or a few stock images that can be used as placeholders.
*When using paid stock images, we’ll upload the watermarked versions until you purchase the images. As time allows, we can replace these with the final versions.
What's the payment/cancellation policy?
Full payment is required before the scheduled start date. We’ll send an invoice after our interview call.
Canceling is easy. Just email us 7 days before your scheduled date and we’ll refund you 70% of the amount. Canceling less than 7 days before will make your time non-refundable but you may still reschedule the time.
Is there a payment plan option?
Of course! We can split the payment but it gets to be paid in full before the start date.
